i may go that way this time who knows, rather have the hdpvr work as 
intended first though

yeah same here lol,  the only way i remember what year it was is because 
millenium xp was just coming or already out, cant remember now. the last 
windows i used was 98, my son killed it and the only thing i could find 
that worked on our ancient gateway was redhat 9, took like 3 days to 
download on dialup.  here i am today with fedora and suse stops along 
the way..   k3b burning a fresh copy of mythdora 12 as we speak..., ill 
give it awhirl again.
