Just to confirm, should Myth pick the best refresh rate regardless of
resolution?

I'm in the UK so recordings are @50hz, but I have a lot of downloaded
content with different frame rates.

My TV's native resolution is 1360x768 @60hz, and will accept
1280x720 at 50/59.94/60hz.

I'd prefer the  30fps video to play at the native resolution, but drop
down to 720p for 25fps content.  I tried the settings from the wiki
article, but with the 'video output' res set to 1360x768 it won't drop
down.  Set to 1280x720 it will switch between 50hz/60hz as it should.

On a side note, do people often encounter A/V sync issues doing this?
Presumably because the TV is now doing the scaling I get a constant
lag of about 40ms of video behind audio.
