[mythtv-users] Mythfilldatabase not removing channels

I have quite a few channels disabled in Schedules Direct. Mythfilldatabase continues to treat these channels as legitimate. Is there a way to get it to clear these channels? I tried:

mythfilldatabase --only-update-channels

but this caused channels to be added that mythtv hadn't previously known about before but are disabled in Schedules Direct.
