[mythtv-users] Recording disappearing from "Watch Recordings"

I've had a problem over the last couple of days where recordings
mysteriously disappear from the "Watch Recordings" screen. I know
they've recorded OK, because I've sat and watched some of them either
during or shortly after recording. Also, when I check the "Previously
Recorded" screen it says they were indeed recorded!

I've check the main mythbackend log, and the /var/log/* logs and cannot
find anything mentioning problems.

I'm running mythtv 0.21, and while I'm looking to upgrade to 0.23
shortly, I obviously need the existing production system stable before I
look at the migration.

Anyone seen similar symptoms or have any other ideas where to look; for
example is there a record kept of users deleting recordings ( in the
unlikely event that one of the kids is doing it by accident).
