Is this the trac ticket you are referring to?

It should have been fixed by:
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/23614
which I should have as I am running 24875.  It looks like it should
fix this type of problem.

However, the problem was noted to occur on only one particular show on
one network.  I am seeing it on every recorded show on every network!
Is there a way to explain that?  That's why I am suspicious that the
problem is with my settings, and not the source material...
