I changed channels using firewire.  You don't have to specify a script
when you are using these types of boxes (unless something changed).

I doubt there was a firmware upgrade because it happened during the
middle of the day (apparently in the middle of a recording).  It is
possible my box overheated and shut itself off.  I don't know why I
can capture though but not change channels.  Seems like the firewire
shouldn't partially be working.

The ironic thing is that I can capture fine but can't use firewire to
change the channels.  I know this is the exact opposite of what many
people can do.
