Well I remember when the distance record for 440Mhz. was about 2 blocks, now we go hundreds of miles with it.
But I agree, 60 Ghz. is not going to propagate very well past your desktop, as long as your coffee cup isn't in the way.
As one commenter pointed out, it might keep your coffee warm.
I think I'll stick with copper paths.
