The default for the vct.sql output from scte65scan is to assign those
channels to source "1".  You can probably give a parameter to scte65scan to
change that value, or you can edit in the vct.sql file or in the resulting
database (if you dare).

The point, however, is that if you successfully scan AND populate with
vct.sql for signal source "1", you MUST create that source first when you
setup your HDHR+lineup.  Otherwise, you will (as I have done) have a whole
bunch of HD program channels for your SD DTAs - which is confusing,
useless, and annoying.

I deleted all and then imported vct.sql and created my HDHR video sources
first.  That aligns your scanned channels/freqs/mplexes with your desired
lineup
