Kevon,

Another setting for a trivial display behavior is the opposite of what
we're going for with MythUI.  The setting in the buttontree view is
hardcoded for now and will become more flexible when the buttontree
supports more complete theming, something which is on the to-do list
for our MythUI guy.  I would not apply a patch which added a seting
for the display format.
