It's difficult to tell with these log files, but it looks like you
might be using xvideo instead of quartz:

dec(libmpeg2) cpus(1) rend(xv-blit) osd(softblend) osdfade(enabled)
deint(bobdeint,onefield) filt()
And you definitely don't want to be using XvMC with OSX:

cpus(1) rend(xv-blit) osd(chromakey) osdfade(disabled)
deint(bobdeint,onefield) filt()

I would go back to your playback settings and make sure the rendering
for each case is set to "quartz-blit"
