OK, I changed to the mythubuntu theme and the I now get a different one.
Blue and Retro both don't work, are these also discontinued.
Not sure how to get rid of 0.21-fixes garbage and broken themes. I have
found a bunch of *myth*0.21* files and moved them to a backup directory. I
did have some problems with apt-get and folowed a howto that included
deleting some what I thought were cashe files. I get this type of thing a
lot:
dpkg: warning: files list file for package `libgnutls13' missing, assuming
package has no files currently installed.
dpkg: warning: files list file for package `libhttp-cache-transparent-perl'
missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.
dpkg: warning: files list file for package `libwrap0' missing, assuming
package has no files currently installed.
dpkg: warning: files list file for package `netcat' missing, assuming
package has no files currently installed.
I know I said I had compiled from source but this was years ago. 0.21-0.21
was a apt-get type upgrade.
