If you've been following my posts, you'll see that I've had some issues
getting a combined FE/BE laptop to work.

The other day I installed mythtv .22 on my newer laptop.  After many
updates to the backend, including .22, and solving various connection
problems, the frontend is now connected.

The setup is quite basic, with only one usb DVB-T, but wow!  .22 looks
great!  I can watch TV from anywhere now (via wireless).  The best thing
is if the missus or kids want to watch one program, I can take my
frontend somewhere else and watch what I like, in HD!  (They're stuck
with a less-than-SD TV, heh heh).  I love the new theme too.  I can't
wait to wire ethernet through the house and put frontends everywhere!
