Jarod,

I've created ticket 7952 and included a request to keep it open so it can be 
used to track all the changes to MythNetvision.  Chris Petersen already added 
the missing file (netvisionmenu.xml, rev 23253) and a requirement for 
mythbrowser (rev 23252), so the only additional changes I've added were the 
other requirements from the wiki page.
