[mythtv-users] Making mysql setting changes outside of mythfrontend.

I hear you, but if you can explain how you would do the following without
restarting the frontend, then you'll answer my original question.  "Then,
you can simply swap config.xml/mysql.txt files to switch configurations."

I would really rather not have two seperate setting configurations in the
database, but I'm willing to entertain it if you can switch without
restarting the frontend.
