[mythtv-users] Update to SVN and Fixes ebuild repos

To all using my repos There have been some changes made.

 

For those using the Trunk repo, not much to report. I applied some changes
from the fixes branch designed to eliminate some potential errors.

I also added Miwer to the collaboration list as he has some changes that
seem to be beneficial to the project.

 

For those using the fixes branch, there is a major change.

In order make it easier to facilitate cross project changes I moved the
fixes branch to http://github.com/MarcT2/mt-mythtv-0.22-fixes

What this means is that you all will have to adjust your XML file or
download the new one.

Also, you might need to delete your local repo before using layman to
resync.

John Drescher is still a collaborator on this repo.

 

Once again, Trunk repo users no need to change. You still live at
http://github.com/MarcT/mt-mythtv and do not need to change anything.

Fixes repo users have been moved to
http://github.com/MarcT2/mt-mythtv-0.22-fixes and will need to update the
location you are getting your downloads from.
