I'm not the person you're responding to, but "just menu issues" is a
big deal and a PITA. I've had menus that loop continuously. Some that
crash out. Some that you can get by if you hit JUMPTOROOTMENU at the
correct moment. One error I saw on a number of movies was a log entry
saying "libdvdnav: RANDOM or SHUFFLE titles are NOT handled yet.".
Those were generally unplayable (never found a way around it within
myth).
