On my R3600s, Big Buck Bunny works just fine from XBMC but the sound is 
odd under mythtv.  Sadly, I don't have any BBC HD files to test with - 
are there any samples online anywhere?

You've got me worried now - I thought I was good to go regards future HD 
transmissions. :-(

I assume you have plenty of network bandwidth?
