[mythtv-users] [MythTV 0.22] Item highlighting not working in blue-abstract-wide theme

The selected menu item completely disappears.
Does blue-abstract-wide still support 0.22?
If not, is there an older version that will work?
Or edit "This theme requires at least MythTV 0.22 and higher." at
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Blue_Abstract_Theme

I am using the 0.22 mythbuntu auto-build with Mythbuntu-testing PPA
selected.
myth-frontend version: 0.22.0+fixes23527-0ubuntu0+mythbuntu3
theme version: blue-abstract-wide.2010.02.13.tar.bz2
I'm using OpenGL, but I tried QT.

The script mentioned here did not help (I suspect it was already applied to
this theme's version):
