 Those haven't been updated to work with one of the changes in trunk.  The commit message included a script you can run to update the theme to work with the changes.

To quote the message to the themeing mailing list :

attached, which will make these changes in in xml files it finds in
the current directory as well as any subdirectories:

For example,

$ cd myththemes
$ selectedinactive-v3.sh

Thats it.  All xml files will be updated with the new state names.
