MythVideo has no concept of offline content, and the popup to confirm on 
deletion was removed in 0.22, when the scan itself became optional.  Was 
this a problem with he actual disk not mounting, or NFS not working 
properly.  If the latter, you can just shift the content to storage 
groups and remove NFS all together.
