If you are diskless (nfs?) I suspect you have a (mostly) monolithic
kernel so this may not apply - but if using modules, check that the usb
ones are staying loaded - in some cases USB modules are unloaded and/or
power down the internal USB in suspend.

I stumbled across at least one hardware review on this board that said
that wake-on-usb was a very hit and miss affair and unreliable so it may
be worth looking at getting the latest BIOS in the hope its been fixed.

I'm still setting up (custom, gentoo based diskless) so I have not
looked at suspend yet :) - this board has the N330 chipset and came with
its own power brick with no separate supply needed.  Of interest the max
draw was 42w, mostly 36w even when loaded (compiling) - but there is a
19W draw even after poweroff - its the plugpack - even draws 19W when
unplugged from the MB :(  So I am not sure suspending will be worth the
effort.
