I could have replaced all the images. But they fit the theme and look
good. So I decided not to change them.
Regarding the icons. I must admit I got those from the Confluence and
Transparency! skins from XBMC. So if XBMC is GPL as stated on the homepage
I assume the icons in the themes are also GPL. BTW, it has cool eyecandy
(menu animations, cover flow,...). Some of these ideas should be added to
MythTV.
