I did find an asrock motherboard
http://cgi.ebay.com/ASRock-775i945GZ-Core2-Duo-Motherboard-w-Video-PCi-E-/310281454758?pt=Motherboards&hash=item483e3744a6

Never used them before, are they any good? This looks like it fills all
my requirements except for the sound issue, and i hate onboard sound due
to the noise it usually causes, but i don't have many choices if i want
to keep this cheap.
Also, it says pci express x4 and i have a 9500gt card. Will it work?
Any other thoughts?
-Thanks
