It seems some people have better luck with 0.23-fixes and some better
luck with 0.24-fixes. There are problems with LiveTV in both releases
and there appears to be some timing involved with the problem. The
only way to know if it works better is to try 0.24-fixes and see. You
need to exercise caution when upgrading in case you decide to revert
back to a prior release since it will require a database backup and
restore.

With that said these problems are on the radar and hopefully will get
more attention in the near term.
