SELECT ... (move--i.e. with 3x NEXTCUT to get to the start of the last 
2nd one) ... SELECT

or to join exactly 2 from the existing start of one to the existing end 
of the 2nd

SELECT|Delete This Cut, SELECT, NEXTCUT, SELECT
