[mythtv-users] Changed host names on master back end, old host name is still searched

Just a follow up to
http://mythtv.org/pipermail/mythtv-users/2010-December/304440.html

I eventually went into mysql and simply deleted the entries for the
old server (under the database mythconverg and the table
storagegroup).  I don't know if there is a less cumbersome way to
remove defunct hosts, but it fixed my issue at least.
