[mythtv-users] make myth use the 2nd monitor on a dual-screen desktop

Or actually setting the X and Y offset (and width/height) in Appearance 
settings instead of specifying an override every single time you run 
mythfrontend.

I.e. the same way you don't specify your normal-use settings using -O 
overrides...
