Don't use insmod, use modprobe. Or at least insmod lirc_dev first.
However, your pvr-150 needs lirc_zilog and the accompanying firmware,
not lirc_i2c. It may have worked with lirc_i2c in the past, but won't
anymore for numerous and sundry reasons (well, two).
