Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but how does one start
MythBrowser? Should I have a menu item somewhere? I can start it by
viewing a video in MythNetvision, but I'd like to start it from
scratch if possible.

Also, once I'm in the MythBrowser, how do I access my bookmarks? I can
add a bookmark from the popup menu (accessed via the M key), but it
doesn't appear that I can view or select my existing bookmarks.
