a very quick google found, http://parker1.co.uk/mythtv_novafw.php which 
stated the firmware required and the kernel compatibility.

after that, the card should be detected by any normal mythtv set-up and 
you should be gtg following any normal tuner install guide.

if you have specific problems with both cards clashing in some way, i 
suggest you remove the ATSC card and try to install the DVB standalone. 
That may give you an insight into the reasons why.
