You have inaccurate listings, or at least did at the time of this
scheduler run.  According to your scheduler output, Oprah was not
listed on 63 CKWS at 13:00 on the 30th, so it couldn't have been
scheduled.  Oprah was listed on 10 CKWS, so it was scheduled.  If you
rerun mythfilldatabase so that the listings for the 30th get updated,
it will probably schedule as you expect.
