I just use the standard mceusb file, and tell my Harmony remote to 
emulate an MCE remote.

If you're talking about the ~/.lircrc file, you can start with the one 
on the wiki.  I have one if interested, but I've modified it quite a 
bit, including modifying the keybindings in mythtv.
