I have an untested issue with using the "exit" button command as part of
the "off" command sequence.
What if the user has properly exited out of livetv and is at the Home Menu
(or whatever the Myth topmost menu is...)
I would expect that the issue of "exit" would trigger the "Do you really
want to exit Mythfront end?" prompts.

I thought there was a command to "go to the Home Menu from wherever you
are.
I also need to setup a macro to restart mythfront end via the Harmony if
the FE crashes.
