    Check the GPU temperature or any of the other temp sensors. Perhaps
the box is overheating and is being throttled either by the OS or BIOS.
The GPU in my Asrock 330s run about 20C hotter than on my main desktop
and would start to stutter when the surrounding air temp got to around
105F. It was in an enclosed cabinet.

     Took off the door and I don't have any stuttering problem anymore.
