Sorry for the delayed response, I've been camping :)

There is now a PPA for 0.23.1. The 0.23.0 PPA will not get any more updates.
I will update the mythbuntu-repos package as soon as I can, but I am in the
middle of trying to finish another package that needs to be done by August
12th. If anyone wants to send over a patch for mythbuntu-repos or pop into
#ubuntu-mythtv-dev on freenode I can assist in how we can fix the package.
You can manually use the 0.23.1 ppa by altering the mythbuntu-repos.list
file. See the following link for details. Note, you will probably have to
disable the mythbuntu-repos package if you do this.
