I was looking at this case yesterday:

It appears to include a mounting bracket for the back of a VESA monitors. 
I'm not sure how that works.  What if you want to use a wall mount for the
monitor?

Anyway, I thought I'd throw that out there.  I discarded it for my
particular application, too low, but perhaps someone else will find it
helpful.  Frys stocks it as well.
