It seems like a Windows mail client should be able to reply /below/
the message to which you are replying. This is the mysterious
"bottom-posting" to which Robert refers.

Generally, if a piece of open-source software doesn't do what you
want, you have three options:

i) patch it yourself;
ii) hire a developer to make the required changes; or
iii) post a feature suggestion on a project's wiki/mailing list, and
hope it piques the interest of a developer

If you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend reading "How To Ask
Questions The Smart Way" [1] and the implications of using GPL'd
software [2] before alienating any more developers on your quest.
