Thanks for doing this!

I feel lucky, so i will mention another feature from mythvideo that is
not in 23-fixes, but was in previous versions. When i transferred my
dvd box set of the 'West Wing' TV series to mythvideo (156 episodes), i
used a jumppoint to get to mythvideo from any screen and it jumped to
the last episode watched. So i didn't have to keep track of which
episode to watch next.

With 23-fixes, mythvideo remembers the last episode watched only if you
do not leave the mythvideo folder. Once you exit mythvideo, it resets
the 'last recording watched'. So its back to the top of all folders.
