Well it made no difference.  I get about 19 FPS, as reported on the command
line when I run mythcommflag -f <filename>, with both versions.

I just realized, I get realtime commflagging for my OTA stuff, both 720p and
1080i.  So I bet the slowdown isn't mythcommflag, but the ffmpeg decoding of
the h.264 content.
