[mythtv-users] Setting media box to start just before 1st recording

Hi;

I have setup my mythuntu box (with myth 0.22) to start up at 17:45 via the rtc 
alarm in the bios.

I would like to set it to start 15 minutes (etc) before the first recording of 
the day say using a script etc.

Is there a way to do so?
