Video source does not equal listings source. Multiple video sources can
share the same listings source (Schedules Direct lineup)--even if there
are channels that are only available on one or the other video source.

What makes the HD-PVR an analog input is the fact that you connect
analog Component cables to it and it encodes the signal into H.264 for
you. The HDHR is digital because it simply grabs the unencrypted MPEG-2
off the cable line (performing absolutely no encoding).

Your hardware setup is fine (and not all that unusual)--you just need to
configure the software properly. What you've done will work, but
there's no reason to have multiple Schedules Direct lineups. Just
associate the same lineup to both MythTV video sources and then delete
the channels the HDHR can not get from the HDHR's video source and make
sure you run mythfilldatabase with --remove-new-channels. If you do
that, MythTV will download the listings from Schedules Direct for /both/
video sources all at once.
