I'm surprised that there are not many people using HandBrakeCLI, as it
just takes anything and it spits something directly usable by Apple
products:

./HandBrakeCLI -i <source.whatever> -o <destination>.mp4
--preset="iPhone & iPod Touch"
Ubuntu/Mythbuntu 10.04 user will want to use the latest snapshot if they
want something that works.
