I thought about that, but their motherboards tend to be about 20%
higher in cost.  A Core2 should be able to handle the load (esp with
VDPAU), right?  Budget is a consideration here, too.

Hmm.. Good points above.  I hadn't thought of that.  I'll have to go
back and search for a MicroATX board.

It's the only fanless GT class I could find that's not a GT210 (which
some users have reported problems with some of the more advanced
de-interlacers at HD resolutions)
