[mythtv-users] Methods to scan Comcast for channel frequency changes?

I suspect my local Comcast monopoly has changed frequencies for channels
29 and up.
I populated my existing channel setup with scte65scan and an HDHR.  I also
know that the ability to "fix" an existing channel lineup isn't inherent in
scte65scan for changes versus a previous set of channels.

Q: If I had the time and patience, can I do an alternate (maybe more
manual) process to identify the correct frequency and update that manually
via SQL or Mythweb channel editor?  

Is there data I can get from the Comcast DTA admin screens for channel
setup?
