Sorry, I jumped the gun on that. Unfortunately ffmpeg doesn't
currently support multi-threaded decode. There is a separate ffmpeg-mt
branch which has yet to be merged and from what I read it's not
expected to happen any time soon. Some of the deinterlacers have
multi-threaded support. So just because you increase the Max CPUs
doesn't mean the decoder will use more than one.
