[mythtv-users] Someone please help: movie stops playing at bookmark

I've asked this here more than once, but no-one responded. I've  
googled for hours, and tried poking around in the video manager and  
the settings, but I can't find a solution:

My wife put a bookmark in a (ripped) movie. Now, when we go into the  
movie, it starts at the beginning but stops at the bookmark. It thinks  
the movie is 20 minutes long.

Nothing I do will get it to play the whole movie.

Thoughts?
