[mythtv-users] Drive spin up time and Live TV/Watching Recordings

Hello All,

I have another question for you guys.

I have three hard drives in my backend which I have spinned down in order
save $$.

I have noticed that when I try to watch recorded movies or live TV,
sometimes after the "Please Wait" message, the frontend pops back to the
menu. However, when I try to do the action again, it works OK. Seems to
happen a lot.

Do you guys think that the HD spin time is causing this? Have other MythTV
users experience this with HDs that are spunned down?

Thanks,

Kevin
