I doubt it. I don't think that Intel puts their virtualization support
into the Atom chips. Also from the reviews I have read it seems like
the Atom was barely able to keep up with decent bitrate Flash video
from sites like Hulu. In a VM you won't have any hardware acceleration
and you will be eating up extra CPU cycles. Somebody would have
actually test it to be sure, but I would be really surprised if you
got acceptable performance.
