mythbackend isn't getting a clean signal from the HDHomeRun and this
is its (new, in 0.22) way of complaining. The most-likely cause is,
simply, that the reception quality isn't there. Another, less likely,
possibility is that something is interfering with the
mythbackend-HDHomeRun connection; for example, when debugging
reception issues and running

    watch -n 1 hdhomerun_config ffffffff get /tuner0/debug

to monitor the signal quality, sometimes (Shades of Heisenberg!) this
monitoring itself interferes with the reception. (I see this with KQED
here in the San Francisco Bay area, for example.)
