Pretty sure you're wrong on that. ATrpms' (and RPM Fusion's) MythTV  
packages include a -devel sub-package, which should contain all the  
necessary bits to build against. If something NOT in the -devel  
packages is required to build this, its either the app using  
interfaces it shouldn't be, or something missing from the -devel  
package.
